Citizenship in the Renegade Islands Alliance grants you all of the rights and privileges of our constitution. This allows you to participate in elections as either a candidate and/or a voter. Citizenship also allows you obtain jobs in the regional government as well as access to citizen-only parts of the forum.

To become a citizen, you must meet the following requirements:

- Create a forum account.
- You must have a nation in the RIA.

  Yes; Melvonia has existed for almost a year.  However, recently the Doge and the entire government went on holiday without telling anybody, causing a temporary Apocalypse.  When the nation was reconstituted from the ensuing anarchy, we found ourselves in a huge feeder region, and wanted to leave.

  We had the Foreign Office browse the tag-cloud for a nice, friendly, liberal, not-too-big-not-too-small region, and found you.
