Citizenship in the Renegade Islands Alliance grants you all of the rights and privileges of our constitution. This allows you to participate in elections as either a candidate and/or a voter. Citizenship also allows you obtain jobs in the regional government as well as access to citizen-only parts of the forum. I was sent a telegram by "The Levitating Islands of The Kerguelen Archipelago" 4. I could use someone to get me accustomed to the region, but I'm relatively familiar with NationStates 5. I think C would best describe me. |
